About

This Site

The American University Student Government (AUSG) launched the Job Board, formerly known as JobCorps, in 2001 to connect AU students with neighborhood employers. It continues to enable students and members of the AU community to connect

Who Made It

The Job Board is operated by the AUSG as a free service to the university community. Like the Student Government itself, it’s completely student run, so it is ideally positioned to provide a tailored service to AU students and community members.

The Job Board, like the versions of JobCorps before it, was created by an American University student. This version was handcrafted by Jake Paul.

About That Acronym (AUSG)

To learn more about the policy, programming, and service initiatives we provide for the student body, please visit our website. Our mission is to advocate for policies that will tangibly benefit students, offer top-notch programs and lasting traditions, provide services and resources to students, and work with clubs and student leaders to establish a positive cohesion between our groups.
