116 – The Collection is a pop-up concept shop bringing small designers and emerging brands to new markets where we know they will thrive. We work with designers in home décor, women’s, men’s, children’s, jewelry, and accessories. We are currently beginning a new and exciting adventure and looking for enthusiastic team members to join us! We will be opening two store locations in the coming months and are in the process of building a strong and passionate team.
As a Sales Lead (Part-time Seasonal) you will be the point of contact for our customers to interact with all the wonderful brands we work with. We will look to you to consistently provide our customers a pleasant in-store experience with a friendly greeting, helpful assistance when needed, and efficient check-out.
- Prior retail keyholder, cash-handling, and customer service experience required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, and work weekends and early evenings
• Must naturally enjoy interacting with people of all ages.
• Must be able to proactively communicate brand stories for products to customers and able to effectively offer style advice and understanding of fit.
• Must be welcoming, positive, engaging and friendly towards our customers, team members, and venue staff.
