We’re a Maine-inspired fast-casual restaurant, known for its seafood rolls and commitment to sustainable ingredients. We are currently hiring Teammates for our Penn Quarter.

Duties include preparing and serving a clean, simple, seafood-centric menu, taking orders and cashier work, opening, closing, engaged guest interaction, suggestive selling at the register, minor food prep, exceptional attention to cleanliness, and the knowledge / ability to communicate Luke’s commitment to sustainable, traceable seafood. We are a founder-driven organization with a fun, laid back vibe, but we take our food and service seriously. We’re looking for smart, outgoing, honest, and dependable individuals. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a warm, enthusiastic personality. Any familiarity with the state of Maine is a plus!
