Recruiting Assistant (Temp to Perm Position)
Description of Position
We are looking for a Recruiting Assistant to add to our team. This candidate will be the face of our company when candidates and clients walk through the front door. You will be responsible for assisting with daily administrative, recruiting, and HR tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to multi-task well, this is a wonderful opportunity.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Actively perform office activities on a day to day basis as needed.
Answering phones and directing calls
Providing clerical and recruiting support
Assisting various teams
HR liaison for corporate office
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Have an outgoing personality.
Driven and collaborative with others.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Outstanding customer service skills, including the ability to connect and build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Great organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to details.

1 year of experience in legal setting preferable
This is a temp to perm position. The pay rate is $18/hr and the hours would be Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5:30PM.
